What are the delivery times?

Please allow between 7 and 12 working days from the moment your order is confirmed. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Is delivery free?

Yes. Delivery is always free, with no minimum order value, throughout mainland France.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link will be sent to you by email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched, allowing you to follow its progress in real time.

Can I return an item that doesn't suit me?

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to change your mind. Return postage costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or an error has been made on our part. Please see our Returns and Refunds page.

How do I choose my size?

Please refer to our detailed size guide. Please note: our items can come up small (Asian sizing) — if in doubt, we recommend sizing up.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are fully secured.

How can I get in touch?

Will I have to pay customs fees upon delivery?

No. All our prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes (VAT included): no additional charges will be requested upon delivery.

Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@seraenzena.fr: if your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to amend or cancel it.
