You have 14 days to change your mind
In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to provide a reason.
How does it work?
- First, write to us at info@seraenzena.fr, stating your order number and the item concerned.
- We will confirm the procedure and the return address.
- Send the item back in its original condition, with its labels attached, within 14 days of your notification.
Return costs
Return postage is your responsibility, unless the item you received is faulty or does not match your order — in which case, Sera & Zena will cover all return costs in full.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as the one used at the time of purchase.
Faulty item or an error on our part?
Please contact us immediately at info@seraenzena.fr with a photo of the product: we will arrange the return at our expense and offer you either a replacement or a full refund, including return postage.
