Who has access to your data?
Your data is shared exclusively with the service providers necessary for the fulfilment of the sales contract: our e-commerce platform (Shopify International Limited, Irlande), our payment provider, our logistics partner responsible for shipping, and, where applicable, our email marketing provider (solely with your consent). These providers are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality of your data.
How long do we retain your data?
Data relating to your orders is retained for the period required by accounting and tax obligations (10 years). Data used for marketing purposes is retained for 3 years from your last active contact, unless you unsubscribe earlier.
What are your rights?
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. You may exercise these rights by writing to us at info@seraenzena.fr.
